After each piece has been finished, we take the utmost care to pack it using tissue paper, packing peanuts, and corrugated outside shipping boxes. If your shipment does arrive broken, you only need to contact us and we will send you another, free of charge.

Packaging The Glass Piece.
The first step in packaging the glass is to
wrap it up in gift tissue.

The next step is to pack all around the
piece with packing peanuts in a big
bakery box.

The third step is to pack the bakery box in
a large cardboard box, thoroughly pillowing it
with packing peanuts.

Once the box is secured to prevent breakage,
we tape the package up and place your UPS
shipping label on it. At your request we can
give you a tracking number, so you will know
exactly when your package will arrive.
